What is Chatatin?
Chatatin is a financial tracking service that you can use directly through WhatsApp or Telegram. No additional apps needed, no hassle — just chat as usual.
Can I extend before my subscription expires?
Yes, and it's highly recommended. If you extend before your subscription expires, your remaining time won't be lost and will be added automatically. Chatatin will also send you a notification before your plan expires.
How does the Family Plan work?
Users who purchase the Family Plan simply create a WhatsApp or Telegram group and invite Chatatin to the group, then invite family members or partners. All records will go into one Google Sheet owned by the Super Admin.
Is my data safe?
Absolutely. Chatatin doesn't store your data in our internal database. All data is recorded directly in your own Google Sheet, and you have full control over that file.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. There's no long-term contract and no auto-debit.
What if I need help?
Just chat with Chatatin on WhatsApp or Telegram with the format: Help + your issue.
If I buy multiple packages, will my previous package be lost?

Yes! In addition to logging via WhatsApp, you have access to the Chatatin web dashboard. There you can view monthly summaries, analyze spending trends, manage transactions, and export to spreadsheets — all accessible from your phone or laptop.
How do I log in to the dashboard?
Simply request a magic link from Chatatin via WhatsApp — a login link is sent directly to your chat. Click the link and you're in, no password needed. You can also log in with an OTP code if you prefer.
What is the Reports feature?
The Reports feature lets you create a shareable link for group members or family. They can view transaction data without being able to change anything. Report links also have an expiry time that you can configure.
